Refund Policy

She Woke Up Sober offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the app is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — monthly, yearly or lifetime. You do not need to explain why.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Visit paddle.net with the email you used at checkout, or email us at support@shewokeupsober.app and we will arrange it for you. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a monthly or yearly subscription at any time from your account or through Paddle. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. Your entries stay in your account either way.

Renewals

If a renewal charge caught you by surprise, contact us within 30 days of that charge and we will look after it.

Paddle's own refund policy also applies to every order.
